I am a Real Estate Broker and a Structural Engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area. I offer real estate brokerage services as Broker-Owner of Boomerese Realty and practice structural engineering as a partner of OAK Structural.

My real estate practice concentrates on single-family homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. As I live in Belmont and have an office in San Mateo, I am most familiar with the Peninsula cities. My engineering specialty is earthquake resistance of buildings and estimation of damage that can be caused by earthquakes. As a licensed Structural Engineer, I have designed numerous custom homes and other buildings in the Bay Area.

About “Boomerese”

Baby Boomers, or “Boomers” for short, are the 78 million Americans who were born between 1946 and 1964. They are the largest and the most influential generational group in U.S. history.

Boomers are distinguished from other generational groups by their sense of entitlement, strong work ethic, optimism, and their desire and ability to affect change.

“Boomerese” is the common language of the Boomers. It may also be used to refer to those who are from “Boomerland.”  As the name of this business, it usually brings a smile on people’s faces, which we think is always a good thing.
